Do you sell to individuals?
No. Dignex Medical is a wholesale, business-to-business supplier. We sell to pharmacies, healthcare providers, laboratories, distributors and other businesses.
Is there a minimum order?
Standard products are sold in full cases. There is no minimum number of cases for stock items; custom-printed products have minimum run quantities which we confirm on your quote.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Our target is one business day for standard products. Custom print and contract quotes may take a little longer if we need to review artwork or volumes.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. We are happy to send samples so you can check fit, closure feel or compatibility with your sealing process. Request them through the enquiry form.
What payment terms do you offer?
New customers typically pay by card, ACH or wire. Credit terms are available to approved businesses after an account application.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
We ship from our warehouse at 66 Commerce Dr, Perris, California, to customers across the United States by parcel, LTL or truckload. For export enquiries, please contact us.
Can you print our logo on the packaging?
Yes — blister cards, specimen bags and labels can carry your pharmacy, lab or distributor branding. See Custom & Private-Label Printing.
What file types can I upload with an enquiry?
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS and ZIP — up to 5 files of 10 MB each. Useful uploads include product lists, tender documents, drawings and artwork.
Do you respond to tenders and RFPs?
Yes. Upload the tender or RFP documents with your enquiry and include the submission deadline.
